SUMMER SPECIAL TOUR! This bioluminescent kayaking tour to the island is only available in summer – so don’t miss it! It’s the closest tour to Orlando (just 42 miles) and launch conveniently from Parrish Park in Titusville. This is considered our “Bio Fun Tour” with a chance for paddlers to get out and swim in the bioluminescence (optional) as we paddle to the shallows of the river islands. If you have not seen bioluminescence, this is your chance to get out there for a neon night of adventure. This tour only happens on weekends and space is limited, so book soon to get your spot! . This is perfect for those who want to have a bioluminescent splash, and an easy evening on the water. Wear some clothes you do not mind swimming in as this tour get to go to an island for a swim break. We recommend wearing a bathing suit under your t-shirt/shorts. River sandals are recommended. The Indian River Lagoon is an estuary that is fed by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean making it a unique natural habitat. The high salt content in the water here makes it a perfect home for a diverse wildlife. Florida has more endangered or threatened species than any other state, and the Indian River is home to 36 rare or endangered wildlife. The West Indian Manatee is one of them. Manatees love this river because of the abundance of seagrass beds. Other rare wildlife you are likely to see are: Wood Storks, Roseate Spoonbills, Loggerhead Turtles, Blue Crabs, Seahorse, Great Blue Herons, Green Herons, Great Egret, Snowy Egret, Little Blue Heron, Tri-Colored Heron and Bald Eagles. We always like to try something new on our annual summer break and opted for the manatee tour. On a Tuesday it's only $29 a person which is fantastic value for the 2 hour plus we spent on the river. Saw many manatees and a few dolphins plus many types of birds. Would recommend to anyone.

Bucket list item - wow! What a cool unique experience for all of us (age 15, 15, 17, 40, 40) zero raft paddle experience! This was hands down our fave activity! We saw so many amazing things! Including 2 dolphins and possible shark. It rained for about 10 minutes and we didn’t miss a beat! Our guide Ranger was full of knowledge and was wonderful! Highly recommend!

We had a blast! The crew was awesome and had plenty of fun facts about the bio. We were lucky enough to go on a night when the Kennedy Space Center was launching a rocket! (Be sure to check out their schedule too)... All in all it was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend this company!
