SUMMER SPECIAL TOUR! This bioluminescent kayaking tour to the island is only available in summer – so don’t miss it! It’s the closest tour to Orlando (just 42 miles) and launch conveniently from Parrish Park in Titusville. This is considered our “Bio Fun Tour” with a chance for paddlers to get out and swim in the bioluminescence (optional) as we paddle to the shallows of the river islands. If you have not seen bioluminescence, this is your chance to get out there for a neon night of adventure. This tour only happens on weekends and space is limited, so book soon to get your spot! . This is perfect for those who want to have a bioluminescent splash, and an easy evening on the water. Wear some clothes you do not mind swimming in as this tour get to go to an island for a swim break. We recommend wearing a bathing suit under your t-shirt/shorts. River sandals are recommended. More about the Indian River Wildlife
The Indian River Lagoon is an estuary that is fed by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean making it a unique natural habitat. The high salt content in the water here makes it a perfect home for a diverse wildlife. Florida has more endangered or threatened species than any other state, and the Indian River is home to 36 rare or endangered wildlife. The West Indian Manatee is one of them. Manatees love this river because of the abundance of seagrass beds. Other rare wildlife you are likely to see are: Wood Storks, Roseate Spoonbills, Loggerhead Turtles, Blue Crabs, Seahorse, Great Blue Herons, Green Herons, Great Egret, Snowy Egret, Little Blue Heron, Tri-Colored Heron and Bald Eagles. 6/27/22, went on evening 3hr tour, Ruben & Bjorn were our guides! Highly recommend this tour as well as guides. Amazing trip truly a phenomenon to see the Bio light up all around you!! Guides were very knowledgeable about Bio and how it works in addition to wildlife & preservation. We got up close and personal with Manatees while they breached right next to the kayaks playing all around us. Guides were energetic and made the tour a lot of fun & laughs.

My son and I joined the sunset tour on April 4th led by Jay abd Dawson.
It was an incredible experience - we saw a dolphin and plenty of manatees and loads of beautiful birds. Both guides were great fun, highly knowledgeable about local wildlife and struck a perfect balance between keeping the group safe and informed and allowing people freedom to explore.
It was a privilege to be in such a beautiful setting with such a great team. Definitely one of the best ever wildlife experiences ever.
I'd thoroughly recommend BK Adventures and Jay & Dawson were fantastic.

Tour guide Steve was awesome! My family went to the office instead of the drop off location which was at least 20 mins away and he had no problem waiting for us especially since the other family was late also. He was so knowledgeable and great with my son that was a little scared at first but loved it by the end. Such a great experience. If this is a place your considering....I highly recommend it.

We took the sunset/bioluminescent tour and it was more magical than I could have imagined! Our guide was the best! The sunset was gorgeous and we were surrounded by manatee and dolphins. Once the sun went down the water started to glow. The sea life below were streaking and jumping all around us. It was magnificent!
